Salisbury International Arts Festival is a registered charity with a successful track record of over 35 years. In 2009 the Board invested in developing engagement, learning and participation by creating a new management post and undertaking a strategic review, resulting in a new programme of work that is currently supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. With a learning and participation strategy now in place, we have been successful in developing our partnerships and increasing the depth of engagement through learning and participation projects reaching across Wiltshire and beyond. We deliver a range projects through the year, connecting with the main Festival which takes place in May and June each year.
We are looking for an individual to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director to support this development. The Board meets five times per year and the organisation’s Educluster meets four times per year. The required time commitment will be approximately one day per month.
