Bristol City Council is now inviting expressions of interest from not-for-private-profit organisations in the Jacob's Wells Baths building (former Hotwells Baths), full details can be found on the website
Our offer, the eligibility criteria and requirements for the future tenant are set out in the brief, which can be downloaded from the above webpage.
All proposals should be sent via email by 9am on Monday 3 July 2017.
If you represent an eligible organisation that is interested in submitting an EoI and would like more info about what's involved, what's on offer, and what the practicalities of the CAT process are, please book a place on a workshop on 3rd May.
This will provide anyone interested with an opportunity to ask questions of the various Bristol City Council departments (CAT, heritage considerations, planning etc), Vivid Regeneration (feasibility study), and The Building Consultancy (building condition survey).
Date: Wednesday 3 May 2017
Location: Jacob's Wells Baths, Jacob's Wells Road, BS8 1DX
More details can be found on page 8 of the brief.
To register for the workshop please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Helen Bone from Vivid Regeneration is also available to meet with any perspective bidder to share information gathered during the feasibility study. We hope that this will help all bidders not to waste time gathering information where it already exists.
If more information becomes available over the next few weeks it will be added to the website
We need your help. We want to maintain this site for the 20,000 people who use it each month, but the technology it is built on needs serious updating. If you use the site please support us with a £3 donation, or whatever you feel able to give, so we can develop it and keep it a free and valuable resource for people who make and love theatre.
You can also give to us without costing you a penny by signing up to Easy Fundraising, so when you shop online from over 2500 retailers Theatre Bristol will receive a donation.
