Inside Out represents "extraordinary events in extraordinary places". It is a free outdoor performing arts festival 10-19 September 2010. As lead designer on the 2010 festival I have worked in collaboration with Activate to produce all promotional items such as posters, programmes, adverts and event literature, as well as developing the brand and website to give the festival longevity. Whilst working as part of creative team at Thirteen Design, Britol. I had the pleasure of rebranding Plymouth Arts Centre to give to a contemporary edge that both reflected the events programme and their key services: Art, Film and Food. A dynamic line that could support art concepts and visually guide the audience, combined with a clean, clear typographic logotype offered Plymouth a forward-thinking visual language.
Whilst workign with Thirteen Design, Bristol I had the pleasure of working with Hoipolloi for 4 years on the following productions: Doubtful Guest, Hugh Hughes 360, Floating and Story of a Rabbit. Work involved marketing the events, providing creative direction and developing the Hoipolloi brand identity.
