A series of 6 weekly workshops to enhance the range, resonance and dynamic performance capacity of the voice, opening the door to our expressive potential as human beings.

Using exercises derived from vocal theatre technique and singing to develop and  promote

Relaxation and  Alignment-to enhance awareness of how physicality affects and can limit the voice and to locate and begin to release areas of habitual  tension and blockages.

Stretching and visualisation-to help release very deeply held tensions throughout the body. Getting out of your own way!

Good breath supply and support to give the voice greater strength and flexibility, bringing energy and authenticity to the voice.

Connection between breath, voice and emotion - how to manage and play with the emotional response without being governed by it. Building a connection to the body’s free and full breath and your voice.

Resonance and Range ,Articulation, clarity of consonant and muscularity of the voice.
