The Intermediate/performance class is at a slightly faster pace, and aimed at dancers who are ready to take their dancing to the next level. Taking part in performances is by invitation. Please speak to Rachel if you want to know more about this.
Participants are taught routines based on African dance technique, African samba, samba fusion and samba inspired dance with a body percussive 'twist'.
Our classes will not only develop your fitness and stamina levels, toning those waist lines and firming those bum cheeks, but we also have lots of FUN performing and taking part in festivals and dance events. Join the Sambistas family and learn to shake your booty with confidence!
