Amy is the co-artistic director of Bocadalupa with Jenny Sanderson. She teaches an open company class called "The Utility Room" and is a facilitator for Generator at the Tobacco Factory.

Today modern Cuban dances such as ‘Salsa’ and ‘Conga’ are danced and enjoyed worldwide, and for most people this is where their knowledge of the island of Cuba both begins and ends.
