Claire Skelcey is a dynamic and diversely talented actor and arts manager.
Former Artistic Director of the Tobacco Factory. Currently programming the North Wall Theatre in Oxford and working freelance as a director and producer. Still Bristol based.
Having trained as a theatre designer I am now the producer at Farnham Maltings, an arts centre in Surrey, and the assistant producer at Mayfest. I also do freelance design work.

I am a producer/ co-ordinator with an interest and experience in the Circus arts. My work last year included programming the Kamikaze Kabaret at Shambala festival and co-ordinating The Bristol Do and working as Project Director for the Circus Development Agency. This year I am continuing each of these projects and working as an ambassador for Jeunes Talents Cirque Europe.
I am a freelance marketeer, producer and graphic designer. I also make performance work with The Special Guests and co-produce Mayfest with Kate Yedigaroff.
Previous clients include Tobacco Factory, Spike Island, Theatre Bristol, HighTide Festival, Salisbury Playhouse, ICIA Bath, Bristol Old Vic and numerous companies and artists.
