Arcadia combines engineering and art to create dynamic visual installations for festivals and events.
Our sculpted structures are built from scrap mettle ranging up to 45 feet height. They are designed to incorporate Bands, Circus acts and a verity of dynamic special effects (including huge controlled gas explosions and Tezlar lightning bolts). These feature at festivals around Europe including Glastonbury. Some installations are featured as a side show, and sometimes as a complete arena for up to 18,000 people.
Please see www.arcadiaspectacular.com for more info.
We are currently looking for a new member of the teem to inject energy in to the year round backbone of Arcadias office work. This would include responsibilities for generating more work in a wider variety of events and locations throughout the world.
Over time we are looking for someone to take on management of all office activities, enabling the artists and engineers to focus on developing work.
Any interest please send a CV to Pip@arcadiaspectacular.com

We need your help. We want to maintain this site for the 20,000 people who use it each month, but the technology it is built on needs serious updating. If you use the site please support us with a £3 donation, or whatever you feel able to give, so we can develop it and keep it a free and valuable resource for people who make and love theatre.
You can also give to us without costing you a penny by signing up to Easy Fundraising, so when you shop online from over 2500 retailers Theatre Bristol will receive a donation.
