Lighting & sound technician for UK touring production of The Rivals by Richard Brinsley Sheridan. 

The contract will begin in Devon on 3rd September 2012 and run until approx' 16th November 2012. The candidate will have a knowledge of a wide range of lighting and sound desks, focusing and plotting and rigging in some venues. There is the option of designing the lighting for the show. Ability to liaise with technical staff at all venues, some of which are large mid scale theatres. The person will also be expected to help with unloading and loading the van and work as a team member along side the actors.

To prepare and send out technical specs to all the venues. 
It will also be helpful for the candidate to be able to be on book from the 3rd September. 

Ability to use and set up the company's touring kit in the non theatre venues.

Driving is not a necessity but it's a big plus. 

Fee £2,500- breakfast and dinner is provided during rehearsals. Breakfast is provided on tour and dinner majority of the time. Accommodation is provided throughout the contract.
