Perth & Kinross covers a large and diverse area at the heart of Scotland, with a rich variety of cultural assets and an ambitious and bold new cultural strategy, which clarifies the contribution of cultural participation to the local economy, learning and wellbeing. We are looking for an experienced dance enthusiast to develop and expand existing dance activity across the region. If you are passionate about dance within the learning environment, and are excited about helping to champion dance in the heart of Scotland, we would like to hear from you. The post holder will work across 2 bases being split 3 days a week in Blackfriars Development Centre in Perth City and 2 days a week in Horsecross. The venues are next door to each other and workload split is dependent on the work management guided by the Dance Partnership steering group rather than by the place of work.
