Executive Director

With the skills and flair to realise the long term ambitions of Swindon Dance - a trail blazing building based dance agency with the focus on the development   of artists, audiences and the form of dance. You will be responsible for developing and art managing a successful business model to support the overall vision and strategy for the organisation as well as the devising and implementing of a new income generation strategy. You will need strong financial and staff management skills as well as a passion for working in an arts /dance environment

Salary    32-34 k

Hours    37 per week

Holidays  20  (plus Bank holidays)
