During the last few years I have gained experience working as a make-up artist in different spheres such as photography (coloured/non coloured), fashion shows, film making, TV production, magazines, video and theatre.

I completed an expert module in International SLA Make-up Academy. This course gave me a chance not only to become excellent in doing make-up, but as well it provided with an opportunity to complete the whole image of the picture/TV image/theatre scene. I gained practices in making modern, Egyptian/Japanese/Arabian/Indian (Bollywood) make up and make up of all decades starting from 1900 ending by 2000, as well as body-art. Moreover, I can do specific requirements and themes such as pin up girls, personalizing particular historical individual (Marilyn Monroe or Audrey Hepburn) and using different levels of special effects in theatres, plays (scars, pastiche, etc).

I was working as a freelance make-up artist with photographers in studios all around Vilnius city. Working as a team, we were able to satisfy customer’s needs and wishes. I was working as a main make-up artist in a variety of events (weddings, Halloween, different theme parties) My responsibilities included doing a make-up hairstyle and choosing an outfit. For the last year I have completed different make- up for a variety of operas/ballets/plays, as well as TV shows.

These experiences helped me to gain excellent communication skills with different people. During the photo session, customer feels relaxed and chilled, as it is atmosphere created by both make-up artist and a photographer. I am always glad to suggest customer brand new ideas or to develop his own wishes.

Also my experience working in fashion shows/events/ballets/TV programmes shows that I am able to adapt to new situations fast and I am always seek to expand my knowledge. I am excellent at persuading people and solving problems amicably. 

While studying in International Academy and working as a freelance I have gained reputation of the responsible, communicative and enterprising person, who is able to work in the team. I am always getting on with the team members and members of the public, avoiding any conflicts. What is more, every member of the team is being treated equally and with respect. I lead a life of varied interests, with socializing as a particularly rewarding sphere. I am open to everything new and try my best in every aspect of it.
