We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Development Director to work alongside the Artistic Director and the Board to take Swindon Dance into the next stage of growth.
You’ll be an innovative and experienced fundraiser, with strong general management experience and a desire to shape the future of a successful, nationally recognised organisation.
Challenge, change and delivery are what drive you and you’ll want to make your mark. Ideally, with a track record gained in an arts environment and a passion for dance, you’ll be looking to take the exciting next step in your career.
