The Roses Theatre Tewkesbury is recruiting for a Male Actor and Theatre Facilitator, to act the character of Jamie King in “Backchat” a short play written by Lucy Heywood about discipline, self discovery and daytime TV. The play and accompanying workshop will tour secondary schools and pupil referral units until July 2010. We are looking for an individual, playing age 18 – 20, who has a genuine interest in working with young people, excellent facilitation skills, energy and team skills. The actor must also have a full clean driving licence and an enhanced CRB. Pay is £200 for a three day week. Auditions are Friday 19th February at The Roses Theatre. Rehearsals 10th, 11th, 12th, 15th March. First performance Tuesday 16th March. Please confirm your availability for all dates.
