A degree in modelmaking has enabled me to acquire a broad skill set in materials and making techniques. A previous course in Design for TV, Film and Theatre has also provided me with a sound knowledge of the subject and inspired me to apply this knowledge to the design of my own pieces. I enjoy working closely with a client to produce work that they are delighted with across the board of design and making. I am really interested in using materials in unusual and innovative ways. Researching and using eco-friendly materials is also something I am enthusiastic about and keen to expand my knowledge of. I believe that hand skills are just as important as technological skill, which is why I apply myself to both.
