I have always been a keen performer, originally just as a dancer as I studied ballet, tap and jazz and achieved Distinction in RAD Grade 8 ballet, but my love of theatre grew and developed as I threw myself into a variety of projects.

My degree allowed me to explore the integration of dance, music and drama in many ways and gave me some amazing performance opportunites including performing in The Witches of Eastwick and as Velma Kelly in Chicago with the course.

During my second year of university I co-founded In the Wings Theatre Company and directed, choreographed and performed in all their shows so far (as well as musically directing the most recent two productions). I am now sole director of this company and it is developing in both performance and education.

Since graduating, I worked for 2 years in a schools band, L.E.D, for the Christian charity Oriel Ministries, who are focused on reaching young people through contemporary hip hop and pop music.

I currently work as an Assistant Practitioner with the Creative Learning Project at the Theatre Royal Plymouth and I am developing an educational programme with In The Wings which will include summer schools and term time workshops for young people.
