This weekend course is designed both for performers with previous experience and newcomers of Petra Koehlers Stage of Life.

Put together as a refresher course, including the basics of the “Stage of Life” method:
- developing awareness of own impulses
- creating a stage character based on emotional and physical expression
- strengthening your presence on stage
- taking up a working contact when playing with one or more actors
- developing of your story

- fighting technique
