Website redesign

Client:                      Stuff & Nonsense Theatre Company

Current site:

Project schedule:    June-September 2017

Stuff & Nonsense (S&N) is a spirited production company making inspiring theatre for bold adventurers.

Led by Artistic Director Niki McCretton, we work with children, families, artists and theatres across the globe to make memorable and rewarding shows. Together we share the power of great imagination. We are passionate about children’s creativity and we place it at the heart of what we do. We work with incredible artists to make outstanding theatre that excites children and enables adults to become seriously playful.

The company primarily produces adaptations of well-known tales which fill a gap in the market; highly marketable due to their familiar titles and characters, yet offering a profoundly different experience when compared to large-scale commercially driven productions.

★★★★★ Witty wonderful storytelling and music combined with fabulous puppets, a magical set and two extraordinary performers make for children's theatre at its very best.  The Emperor's New Clothes is a must see for the whole family! (Audience member)

Since 2010 S&N have delivered over 1650 performances to over 225,000 people and engaged with almost 1,500 children through participative activities.

The company’s current website is over 10 years old and is no longer fit for purpose.

We are looking to work with a web developer who has experience of working with clients in the creative industries, preferably the theatre sector.

We would like the website to be operational by September 2017

The budget available for this project is around £2500.

Help Us Keep This Site

We need your help. We want to maintain this site for the 20,000 people who use it each month, but the technology it is built on needs serious updating. If you use the site please support us with a £3 donation, or whatever you feel able to give, so we can develop it and keep it a free and valuable resource for people who make and love theatre.

You can also give to us without costing you a penny by signing up to Easy Fundraising, so when you shop online from over 2500 retailers Theatre Bristol will receive a donation.
