Hi

I'm an experienced & versatile theatre-maker, actor, director & writer. I'm also a multi-instrumentalist composer & musician. I trained with Philippe Gaulier.

I've collaborated with:

  • Caroline Horton & Co
  • NIE (New International Encounter)
  • 1927
  • Slung Low
  • Dancing Brick
  • John Nicholson/Peepolykus
  • Verity Standen
  • Common Wealth Theatre
  • The Plasticine Men
  • Mufti Games
  • The Desperate Men

My work's been seen at notable venues nationally (Tobacco Factory Theatres, Bristol Old Vic, West Yorkshire Playhouse, Lyric Hammersmith, The Arcola) & internationally (inc in Asia, North America & Europe) &, on screen, has been BAFTA-winning.

I'm a Lecturer in Acting (Dramaturgy) at Bath Spa University, specifically training student-actors in physical practice & creating their own new works, as well as Shakespeare in performance.

By nature a collaborator, I am always keen to get involved with other Bristol-based artists, companies and theatres, be that as an actor, director, writer-cum-dramaturg or composer/musician.

Hoping, therefore, to hear from you and/or meet you...

Cheers

Rew
