I am a firm believer in participant-led drama and I have carried this philosophy into my practice with Creative Catharsis. We empower the individuals we work with to explore themes and issues which are important to them. We facilitate and guide the participants on their creative journeys by encouraging them to artistically create, explore and devise, developing key drama techiques and a fresh perspective on the way.
