Wattle & Daub Figure Theatre

Wattle & Daub Figure Theatre is a Bristol-based puppetry and visual theatre company that plays with strange structures, striking visual imagery and the interconnections between puppet and puppeteer.

Tobi Poster trained at Bretton Hall and the Ecole Philippe Gaulier and is co-founder of Lost Spectacles.

Laura Purcell Gates worked in puppetry, cabaret and theatre for over 10 years in the US, and trained at LAMDA and the Ecole Philippe Gaulier.

In making contemporary work aimed primarily at adults and outside traditional puppet theatre structures, we aim to help reshape perceptions of what puppetry is and can do.

Triptych

Three stories about love, loss and letting go, Triptych fuses innovative storytelling with a distinctive combination of visual theatre, puppetry and masks; magical, lively and somewhat dark. Trailer: http://vimeo.com/19565125
