Do you want to be a Theatre Bristol Agent?
Following our pilot year, in 2017-18 we plan to expand the TB Agent initiative to offer 20 bursaries and to make the process more transparent. Proposals will be assessed 4 times a year by a panel including at least one artist. The proposal dates align with those for the ACE/BC Artist International Development Fund, in case you want to apply for an international event.
Next deadline: 19th February, 2pm. Applications received after this time cannot be considered for this round.
In 2018 we are supporting the following artists to attend events in the UK and internationally:
Katie Cooper, who will be attending Common People: A festival exploring working-class experiences, Camden People’s Theatre, London.
In 2017 we supported the following artists and producers with bursaries:
Brenda Waite, going to ImPulseTanz International Dance Festival, Vienna, in July 2017. Read about her experiences here.
Helen Edwards, attending the Porous Borders Symposium as part of the Prague Quadrennial in October 2017 – read her blog
