Equity Meet Up: Bristol Circus & Comedy Special!

Following the success of last month’s¬†Equity: Who are you? Who are we?¬†Open Space Meet Up, we are pleased to be back this month for a¬†Circus and Comedy Special, which we will co-host with Equity’s West of England Variety Branch. Equity members of all professions and backgrounds are invited and will be extremely welcome.

DATE: Tuesday 16th April
TIME: 
7:30pm until 9:30pm, followed by a drink in the theatre bar.

VENUE: Bristol Old Vic (Rehearsal Room), King St, Bristol BS1 4ED

For this Variety, Circus and Entertainment themed event, we are pleased to welcome the following guest speakers:

  • Comedian¬†Angie Belcher, will come to talk about¬†Aftermirth¬†(a daytime adult comedy club that you can bring your baby to).
  • Circus artists¬†Alexa Gibbens¬†and¬†Valentina Solari, will come to discuss ideas and plans for a forthcoming¬†Equity Circus Network¬†event in Bristol.

Members attending the Meet Ups should arrive to the main entrance/bar of Bristol Old Vic by 7:25pm, where a member of the committee will collect you, to take you to the Meet Up space (a rehearsal room, which is generously being offered for free to the branch by Bristol Old Vic). Some signage will be in place in the bar to help you find the group.
