Knowle West Media Centre’s Autumn / Winter exhibition explores the hidden heritage of the Knowle West estate and marks 100 years since the first council estates were built in Bristol. Its interactive installations incorporate projection, embroidery, digital art, audio and visuals.

From its ‘Garden City’ ideals to its DIY culture, see Knowle West like you’ve never seen it before…Experience new artworks, hear local stories and explore almost 100 years of history, music, architecture and memory.

Featuring commissioned work by artists Holly Beasley-Garrigan, George Lovesmith and Lukus Robbins, created in collaboration with Knowle West residents as part of 100 Years of Knowle West Style programme.

This event includes the KWMC Annual General Meeting
 for 2019.

Part of ‘Homes For Heroes 100’, city-wide projects marking a century of council housing coordinated by Bristol Cultural Development Partnership.
