Soap Soup Theatre are looking for an experienced Arts Administrator to assist the Producer and Co-Producer maximum one day a week in the running of our busy theatre company. The ideal candidate is reliable, organised, motivated and passionate about supporting the delivery of theatre for children and young people. Ideally they would have use of a vehicle, and needs to be able to work remotely, as well as on site.


The candidate will assist the Producer in:

Creating content and posting social media updates

Updating the website (created on the cargo collective platform)

Drafting and sending Mail Chimp campaigns

Providing touring venues with Marketing and tech information

Tour booking mail outs

Updating and maintaining databases

There may also some scope for training in writing funding bids


There will be some training at the start of the appointment, with a view to more responsibilities being given as the candidate gains experience.
