Salary: £30,000+ pro-rata depending on experience
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
Holiday: 20 days per annum plus UK bank holidays (pro rata)
The Head of 101 & Outdoor Programmes will be based full-time at 101 (Greenham Business Park Newbury) and will lead the team to effectively manage the delivery of a programme of activity. They will work closely with the 101 Strategic Lead, the Director and the wider executive management team to develop 101 as the leading Creation Space for Outdoor Arts in the UK. They’ll also fully integrate themselves across the whole organisation to ensure that this core strand of activity has the prominence and understanding that it deserves.
The right candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about outdoor arts practice and be committed to artist development. They will be highly organised with an ability to delegate, an experienced project manager, a creative problem solver, highly self-reliant and able to form relationships with a wide range of people and partners.
