Job Title: Performing Arts Technician
Required from: January 2019
Contract term: Permanent, term time only
Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday- Friday plus occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: Grade 3 dependent on experience
We are seeking to appoint a friendly and reliable performing arts technician to join our Drama department in January 2019.
The successful candidate will have experience in performance and production support including lighting and sound, set design and properties, mask, makeup and costume and film recording including the use of editing software.
You will have a good awareness and understanding of a variety of styles and genres in theatre and performance and be willing to work flexibly including evenings and weekends during term time.
Experience of working in and education setting would be an advantage, but is not essential.
