PECo Theatre are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the delivery of the Redcliffe Present Perfect: Histories of Now Celebration of Work taking place on June 23rd 2018.
The event is the culmination of a 7 month creative project, working with Redcliffe residents and local community organisations, unearthing and sharing 60 local histories, memories and stories of Redcliffe now – in living memory, presenting these stories through a new Redcliffe Story Collecting website and interpreting them through developing a first draft site-specific script and audio visual installations.
The project manager will be in charge of ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of the event as a whole through:
- Communication with and facilitation of all project partners and participants in relation to their attendance and role at the celebration of work.
- Managing the planning and logistics of the event in the run up to, during and post event, ensuring all necessary checks and assessments have been carried out including risk assessment, health and safety etc.
- Communication with and management of any volunteers supporting the day, ensuring everyone knows what they are doing when.
- Undertaking any additional event delivery related activities flexibly and as they arise.
Freelance fee £1000 – end of May start.
