Salary: GBP £30,000 per annum (£18,000 pro rata)
Application Deadline: February 17, 2020 10:00 am
Company: Ad Infinitum
Ad Infinitum is looking for a driven, passionate and hardworking Senior Producer. This is an exciting time for us following our success in securing Arts Council England’s Elevate grant for 2020-22 which will see us through an ambitious two-year programme of organisational development.
This is a unique opportunity to have a real, measurable impact on the foundations of Ad Infinitum by leveraging the possibilities that opened through the Elevate funding and galvanising the organisation’s untapped potential. You will have a lot of autonomy and be a crucial member of our team as we embark on a development plan to expand our international and national touring networks, create a business plan, formalise our educational offer and digital platforms, diversify our board and create an associate director programme so that we are ready to apply for multi-year funding programs in the next few years. Alongside all that, we will also be developing new productions and continuing to tour nationally and internationally.
The Senior Producer will be responsible for the delivery of Ad Infinitum’s productions; initiating and managing relationships with artists, collaborators, partners, commissioners, co-producers and venues; supporting the work of the Co-Artistic Directors as they develop projects; and supporting the delivery of Ad Infinitum’s participation projects and activities.
We are looking for someone who cares deeply about the independent theatre sector and socio-political issues, someone who’s looking to work hard and identifies with Ad Infinitum’s ethos, and can support the organisation and take its work to the next level.
Salary: £30,000 per annum (£18,000 pro rata)
Pension: NEST pension, employer contributions 3% of salary
Contract: Permanent, part time – 24 hours per week. Some evening and weekend work might be required.
Place of work: Ad Infinitum is based in Bristol and does not have a physical office. We are looking for someone who is happy working remotely. Ideally we are looking for someone based in Bristol but this is open to discussion.
