Workshops for young people aged 14+
Being fully present in the current moment is the ultimate goal of any performer, but the lessons of mindfulness can also help in everyday life. Theatre Royal Bath Theatre School’s new Theatrical Wellness sessions will explore mindfulness techniques, gentle physicality, and the holistic approach of mind and body united into performance.
In the busy run up to exam season, we are hopeful that these transferable skills will provide a calm, confident bedrock from which to build.
Running weekly at The Egg Theatre, Bath (all sessions are stand alone and can be booked separately)
