We are Creative Theatre Technologists. We collaborate with theatre makers across the UK to add exciting new technology to their work.
We have been creating art, interactive installations, films, and experiences for 15 years, creating work for the Charles Dickens Museum, Science Museum, Blind Ditch, Volkhardt Muller, Living Structures, Jem Finer, Seven Sisters Group and English National Ballet among others.
2013 saw our first commission by The Paper Birds to create an interactive installation called On The Other Hand. We created a free, nationally toured experience that captured and retold stories about people and their hands. A phone box, photo booth and finally a cinema for one, where stories and photos and other images are beautifully crafted into a short personalised film.
Our next collaboration was Broke, a play about debt. We crafted projection mapped imagery to aid and visualise the story telling, whilst also building bespoke lighting for the set, which worked with the projection and sound. We also created a bespoke touring setup for a 6 week national tour.
We were commissioned by Artichoke to create an artwork on the NS&I building in Durham for Lumiere Festival. We transformed one of Durham’s least loved buildings into a visual jukebox. One of the highlights of the festival, people were able to tweet a song request to the building, which would then play your song while lighting up and dancing along.
In 2014 we were commissioned by 20th Century Fox to create a promotional video for Night at the Museum 3. We worked with Rewind to create a spoof news report detailing the disappearance of the Trafalgar Square Lions.
