Portfolio

EDITH IN THE DARK

Portfolio image:
Playwright Philip Meeks brings E. Nesbit’s unknown horror stories to life for Norwich based Baroque Theatre Company.  A haunting glimpse into the nightmarish inner world of one of Britain’s most beloved children’s author.  I play the mysterious guest Guasto, who’s dark purpose for being there slowly unravels. Touring all over England Sept -Dec 2017.

THREE MUSKETEERS

Portfolio image:
Adapted from Alexandre Dumas’ famous novels, Norwich based Baroque Theatre Company toured the play all over England Sept 2017-Jan 2018.  A rip roaring, fast paced, swashbuckling adventure.  I multi-roled as the loyal Porthos and the Machiavellian Cardinal Richelieu.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL

Portfolio image: Ellis J. Wells - A CHRISTMAS CAROL
Adapted from Charles Dicken’s famous novella by RSC fight choreographer Tom Jordan, this toured all over England and Wales Christmas 2015 for Gloucester based Rain or Shine TC.

A GAME OF SCONES

Portfolio image: Ellis J. Wells - A GAME OF SCONES
Performed at the Edinburgh Fringe in C venue’s main theatre, it’s a comedic look at a quaint Parish village, more concerned with ISIS than the diabolical plot of the local vicar and the head of the WI. I played Anthony Larks, a combination of Margaery Tyrell and Jamie Lannister.

ACCIDENTAL ADVENTURES OF SHERLOCK HOLMES

Portfolio image: Ellis J. Wells - ACCIDENTAL ADVENTURES OF SHERLOCK HOLMES
Performed the last three consecutive years at the Edinburgh Fringe, it’s a farcical look at Arthur Conan Doyle’s world famous detective. I loved playing the much wronged Doctor Watson; and working with Lecoq trained Anna Marshall (of Bric à Brac and Resuscitate Theatre); who skillfully directed this absurdist comedy. ***** – Fringe Review / **** – Bath Echo / **** – the Review Hub

Playing Col. Pickering in a sixth month tour around Italy, produced by European Arts Company/Palkettostage.  136 performances, performed to 70,000 people, in 60 different theatres.  It was INCREDIBLE!
