I trained in acting at LCTS (The Actors Company) in London after living for several years in rural Ireland where I had been part of a small community theatre touring company. I have acted mainly in London theatre productions. I have a BA Hons Degree in English Literature and also trained as an Alexander Technique Teacher from 2006 to 2009 at the AT studio in London. I am a qualified AT teacher and member of the society of Alexander Technique Teachers (STAT). I offer monologue coaching based on my background in Alexander Technique, combining work on the text with the physicality of performance (voice and breath, poise and being comfortable as well as energised in performance). Productions I have acted in include:

The Third Policeman, Edinburgh Festival

King Lear, Union Theatre,London

The Misanthrope, Midlands Arts Centre, Birmingham

Money From America, Tabard Theatre, London

Canterbury Tales, Hilly Fields Park,London (Brockley Jack production)
