Theatre Practitioner, Director, Writer and Performer based in Bristol

I am a Theatre Practitioner, Director, Writer and Performer based in Bristol.

Trained in: Devising and delivering theatre workshops in prisons and probation (with TiPP Theatre Company, Manchester), Physical Theatre and devising theatre for young audiences (Point Blank Theatre company, Sheffield), Clowning and Fooling (Holly Stoppit, Bristol), Acrobatics-Mask-Vaudeville-Buffon-Clown with Nicole Kehrberger (Previous teacher at Ecole Philippe Gaulier) and Static Trapeze (with Juliet Jensen, Bristol). Amongst other shorter training in mask, clown and movement with Vamos Theatre, Told by an Idiot, Jon Nicholson and acrobatics with Polichinelo Circus.

I have been leading workshops and directing shows with young people across the UK for 9 years, working with companies such as; The Bristol Old Vic, Travelling Light Theatre Company, Tabacco Factory, Wyldwood Arts, Sixth Sense Theatre for Young People, Salisbury Playhouse, The Roses Theatre, and the Creative Youth Network. I am project Manager/Lead Artist for site-specific performance company, Beyond the Walls.

I am Co-creative Director of the Adventure Bureau; a forgotten organisation whose job it is to create all the adventures, ever! I perform regularly as a solo storyteller/clown/musician (trumpet). I have performed and created shows with companies such as Open Attic, Ramshacklicious, DragonBird Theatre, Desperate Men, Beyond the Ridiculous and my own company, the Adventure Bureau. I have created and performed in several festival shows that tour festivals including Glastonbury, Shambala, Wilderness, Larmer Tree, Bath Fringe, WeWork and Fusion (Germany).

I am an associate artist for Mufti Games, working with them as a games designer, performer and facilitator.
