Theatre Practitioner, Director, Writer and Performer based in Bristol

I am a Theatre Practitioner, Director, Writer and Performer based in Bristol.
Trained in: Devising and delivering theatre workshops in prisons and probation (with TiPP Theatre Company, Manchester), Physical Theatre and devising theatre for young audiences (Point Blank Theatre company, Sheffield), Clowning and Fooling (Holly Stoppit, Bristol) and Static Trapeze (with Juliet Jensen, Bristol). Amongst other shorter training in mask, clown and movement with Vamos Theatre, Told by and Idiot, Jon Nicholson, and Mime Centrum (Berlin).
I have been leading workshops and directing shows with young people across the UK for 5 years, working regularly with companies such as; The Egg Theatre (Bath),The Bristol Old Vic, Travelling Light Theatre Company, Sixth Sense Theatre for Young People, Salisbury Playhouse, Barnardos, The Roses Theatre, and the Creative Youth Network. I am project Manager/Lead Artist for site-specific performance company, Beyond the Walls.

I perform regularly as a solo storyteller/poet/clown/fool. In the past year, I have performed and created shows with companies such the Desperate Men, Ramshaklicious and my own newly formed company, ProdProd Productions. I am a professional fool, performing regular solo improvised shows with the company Beyond the Ridiculous at The Wardrobe Theatre. I am part of two festival shows, Keep Fit Fandango – a live keep fit show with an original score by Simon Panrucker, and The Dan Swank Interpretive Dance competition – Europe’s finest, most prestigious and ever-so-serious interpretive dance competition. These shows have toured festivals including Shambala, Wilderness, Larmer Tree, Bath Fringe and Fusion (Germany).
