Mac is an experienced workshops faciltator in Poetry, Performance, Visual Arts and Filmmaking.  He works with the KEAP organisation in Cornwall, delivering writing workshops with The Story Republic project in schools, and continues to edit The Poetry Point a website showcase of poetry and spoken word in the SW.

As a cartoonist, he recently won a Pluto Press award, and his latest one man show “Small Worlds” is an interweaving of satirical allegories and intimate thoughts about the little futures in which we aspire to be.

His latest collection of over 100 box cartoons, “Cod Philosophy” is available online here

The Piano Lounge

MacD’s Piano Lounge regularly appears at La Cave Wine Bar in Falmouth, Cornwall – usually on the third Thursday of the month – along with other great venues in the South West. An evening of ambient jazz, with original compositions mixing the styles of Bill Evans, Alice Coltrane, and Abdullah Ibrahim amongst others, with some old favourites thrown in too.
