Melanie Tanneau

I graduated from the Ecole Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris in 2010. I’m willing to take part in any interesting productions in Physical theatre!!!

I started training in circus at the Ecole nationale de cirque in Chatellerault (France). I got particularly interested in Clown work. I spent two years in Bristol working with Fairground Theatre, and helped devise The Red Man (Tobacco Factory, Bristol, 2008). Then I came back to France to train at the Ecole Internationale de Theatre Jacques Lecoq. I completed the two years and graduated in 2010. Since then, I have been involved in workshops with Teatr Piesn Kosna/ Song of the Goat, in Poland, and slos part of a clown project ‘les Desaxes du Mambo” (Mambo Misfits). I’m one of the founding members of “38”, International Theatre Company, who is currently devising the first show of the company: a site-specific adaptation of Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov.
