Sharon Clark

Sharon is a playwright, dramaturge and director/producer. She has worked with Bristol Old Vic, The John Caird Company, The National Theatre, Theatre 503, Watford Palace Theatre, The Tobacco Factory, Theatre West, Arcola Theatre, New Diorama Theatre, Cheltenham Everyman and Radio 3.

She is Creative Director of the immersive theatre company Raucous who produced The Stick House in 2015 in tunnels under Bristol Temple Meads station. In 2017 they will be producing their new show, Ice Road, in a church in central Bristol. Their work fuses live performance, music, film, aroma, projection mapping and creative technology. They are resident at the Pervasive Media Studio.

Sharon has been writer on attachment at Welsh College of Music & Drama and at Bristol University. She lectures in writing for theatre at Bath Spa University and Bristol University. Until recently she was Literary Producer at Bristol Old Vic.
