Information gathered from competitions
Occasionally we run competitions on www.theatrebristol.net. We will usually ask you to submit your email address so that we can contact you if you win. If delivering your prize requires it we may share that email address with another organisation, for example if you have won theatre tickets we will normally pass your details to the box office of the Theatre so you can collect your prize.
We may advertise a Theatre Bristol job vacancy on our website which you can apply for via email. We collect some basic personal information which is not shared with any other party.
www.theatrebristol.net contains links to other websites — please remember that when you click on any of these links you’re moving onto another site and that their terms, conditions and policies will apply when you are visiting their pages, and these may differ from ours.
While it is unlikely, Theatre Bristol may be required to disclose your user data by a court order or to comply with other legal requirements. We will endeavour to inform you of this requirement wherever possible, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal data we hold about you; this may be subject to the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity.
We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy.

Our Artist Support service is bespoke to the artist or producer we are working with. It may take the form of meetings, Assemblies and other workshops, phone calls or email correspondence.
We will never share your email address with a third party and we will hold it securely. If you engage with our artist support service we will ask you if you consent to us keeping a record of your email address so we can keep in touch with you in future. This will only be with correspondence relevant to you, including the opportunity to take part in an Artist Support Engagement survey. These surveys are vital to us being able to monitor the impact of our artist support service, keep it free, and make it the best it can be.
If you have any queries about this, want to change your communication preferences or want to know more please contact us. You can withdraw your information at any time by getting in touch on email@example.com or 0117 373 0873.
