The space is available to hire outside of academic term time from Monday to Saturday, 9am-10.45pm and Sunday, 10am-10pm. It has a maximum capacity of 204.

- Flexible orchestra pit
- Winched lighting/hemp bars
- Access to box office
- Venue technician
