Costs & Terms of Hire:

Non-programmed shows do not appear in the brochure or receive marketing support but they do receive technical and FOH support: we don’t do dry hires. They appear on the hire section of our website and their tickets are sold through our box-office. Financial arrangements are almost invariably that the companies hire the theatre but if we have an existing relationship with the company then we might consider a split. Our nightly hire rate is £750+vat for the Factory Theatre which seats up to 240 (350 for a stand up comedy/presentation set up) however the configuration does vary at different times of the year and a certain configuration cannot always be requested.
