Description

Queen Square is a Georgian square made up of 4 main areas that surround a central statue. This is a fragile space and both the grass and gravel’s use is restricted. See: www.bristol-city.gov.uk/centrespaces for an access guide and downloadable plans. Bristol City Council want people to use the parks and enable event organisers to make the events happen (whilst taking into account the care of these spaces). Each application for use is accessed on its own merit to determine cost and viability (how the community would benefit, the potential damage to the space etc). Use of this space is by application to Arilda Tymko: Parks Events, Amelia Court, Pipe Lane, Bristol, BS99 1ZG Tel 0117 922 3538 Fax 0117 922 3858 e-mail This space has been used for: Harbourside Festival, Circus and Street Theatre, Shakespeare in the Park.
